INFORMED THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPLE MARISSA MACIEJEWSKI OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGARDING IMPROPER MASK USAGE AT THIS FACILITY.
EMERGENCY RULES TO SUPPRESS THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 (PART 690): -INDIVIDUALS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR COVERING OVER THEIR FACE WHEN IN PUBLIC AND UNABLE TO MAINTAIN AT LEAST 6 FOOT DISTANCE. -THIS FACILITY SHALL TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO REQUIRE EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS, AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS ON THE PREMISES TO WEAR FACE COVERING. I OBSERVED ALL TEACHERS AND STUDENTS WEARING MASKS PROPERLY. MS. MACIEJEWSKI INFORMED ME THAT IT IS SCHOOL POLICY TO REQUIRE ALL INDIVIDUAL WITHIN THE SCHOOL TO WEAR FACE COVERING. NO VIOLATION OBSERVED. |
